How does bedsmade tailor the sheets to fit my mattress?

Bedsmade is the first brand that takes into account your specific mattress depth to create a fitted sheet that is the perfect fit for your mattress, and a top sheet with a unique structure that slides over the end of the mattress, holding it in line and in place. The bedsmade sheet sets come in five different sizes to match the thickness of your mattress. 


How do I get correct measurements of my mattress?

With a tape measure or ruler, measure from the very bottom of your mattress to the top of your mattress, including the comfort layer that you have on it (if you have one). It’s important to make sure you include in the measurement any layers that you want your sheets to cover - e.g. a mattress protector or mattress topper. I usually size up or down when buying sheets, do I need to remove or add extra centimetres to my mattress measurement? 

Not at all. If you are someone who usually sizes up or down when buying sheets because you’re worried they will end up either too tight or loose, bedsmade is designed to eliminate the guesswork. By having your exact mattress measurements, both the fitted sheet and top sheet have been tailored to your needs, creating the perfect fit.


What if I am in between the sizes listed on the website?

If your measurement is in between the sizes listed on the website, we would recommend sizing UP to the closest option. Being a little bit loose, in our opinion, is better than the sheets being too tight.


Do the sheet sets come in other thread counts or materials?

At this stage, we have chosen to create our sheets only in 400TC 100% organic cotton due to their incredible softness and durability.


Do the sheet sets come in other colours?

While we currently only stock our sheet sets in a classic white, we will definitely be looking to expand our colour range in future. To keep up to date with bedsmade, feel free to subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page.

The sheet sets are a bit pricey, are they worth it?

Yes, they definitely are - but we may be a little biased! When you really think about it, you spend a third of your life in bed, so having good quality bed sheets is an easy way to improve your quality of life. Our sheet sets are made with the luxury of 400TC 100% organic cotton so they are incredibly durable and soft to last many nights of comfortable sleep..

If I buy more than one set of sheets, is there any chance you’d consider giving a discount ;) ?

Many people like to buy two sets of bed sheets so that they can swap out one while the other is being washed. From time to time, we do offer promotions and discounts for bulk purchases. To be the first to know about any sales or promotions, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page.


What happens if the sheets don’t fit for some reason?

In case a mistake was made when ordering, we do allow exchanges for a different size.  Please package the product back up in its original condition and packaging and we’ll send you pre-paid return labels. We’ll then replace it by shipping the new item to you at no extra cost.


What if I received a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that our tailors have sent a faulty item, please contact us at support@bedsmade.com.au and we’ll arrange to replace the item immediately.


What is your returns policy?

We have a refund policy that is second to none. If you are not completely delighted with the product, return it within 30 days, in the original packaging and we will process your refund to your original method of payment as soon as we received the item.

If you’ve received the wrong size, we will happily exchange this for you and do so at our cost. Just drop us a message to support@bedsmade.com.au and we'll give you our Australia Post "Postage paid" number so you can return the item to us and we'll get the correct size in the mail to you immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be canceled at any time prior to delivery. Please contact us at support@bedsmade.com.au and we’ll be able to assist you. (Note: If your order has already been shipped or arrived prior to cancelation, feel free to send it back to us and we will provide a full refund, as long as the product is returned unopened in its original packaging.
